Make your own play dough stamps using empty kitchen paper rolls and hot glue!
This post is in collaboration with Invitation to Imagine! All thoughts and opinions are my own.
We had a very nice weather today and I set up an outdoor play dough activity for my boys.
I created these DIY bug stamps using only two materials: empty kitchen rolls and hot glue.
My boys had a lot of fun stamping the butterflies and bees into the play dough while playing with the toys that came with Invitation to Imagine‘s Spring kit. These Dutch play doughs are so soft that they can just easily roll and stamp the kitchen rolls unto the doughs using their little hands.
This activity was such a big hit, my boys had been playing with the play doughs for a long time.

Let’s create some DIY bug stamps:
Materials needed:
- Empty kitchen rolls
- Glue gun and stick
- Pencil
Instructions:
- Draw the bugs in the kitchen rolls.
- Trace the drawing with hot glue.
- Put out your favorite Invitation to Imagine play doughs and stamp away!
